Terms of Service

Payments are through Ko-fi or Paypal(USD) only.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The artist has the right to refuse any commission request that they are uncomfortable or incapable of.

Clients who commissioned first will be prioritized.

Do not use and upload my art to be used for AI purposes and alike.

NFT or cryptocurrency usage is strictly not allowed.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

Prices are for personal and non-profit use only.

Price may vary depending on the character design, poses, backgrounds,and other details.

The artist requires at least 50% down payment of the original price or full payment after a rough sketch has been provided.

It is encouraged that the client sends a proof of payment to the artist.

No refunds once paid, even if the client cancels the commission.

Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances.

The client may contact the artist through Twitter DM, Discord, or e-mail with the ‘Commission Form’ below.

Your request must be stated during the ordering process if you wish for it to be private.

The artist will submit a sketch(w/ watermark) first. Once approved, the artist will send a ko-fi link or an invoice.

Minor revisions will only be accepted before the artist starts with the lineart.

The client is free to request for WIPS(w/ watermark) at any given time.

The final commissioned piece for personal use will include one (1) png with watermark.

The final commissioned piece will be sent through email or google drive link.

If the client wants to set a deadline, it must be mentioned a month before the due date.

Completion of a commission may take a week or up to 4 months or so depending on the requested commission or other circumstances.

The artist reserves the right to sign and/or watermark their own work.

The artist retains all rights to the original work, which includes using the artwork for samples, portfolios, and self-promotion in my social media.

The client has permission to reupload the artwork with credits to the artist.

The client is not authorized to remove the watermark & claim the artwork as their own.

The client is not authorized to heavily modify the artwork.

The client reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your personal use only (ie. NOT for sale).

The client is not authorized to use the commissioned work for anything other than personal use.
